In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a well-organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Duties Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales. Assist in merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that enhance the shopping experience. Upsell products by effectively communicating features and benefits to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area at all times. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast paced retail environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks. Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
