Sales Associate Palm Casual Patio Furniture 900 Mcever Road NW, Gainesville, GA 30504 Palm Casual Patio Furniture is searching for a reliable, motivated person with a great attitude to join our team at our Gainesville, GA showroom as a full-time Sales Associate ! Applicants with some previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service work will be given preference, though not required for application. The successful candidate will be teachable, eager to learn, able to lift items greater than 35 lbs. independently, and possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Furthermore, the successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced sales environment day-to-day. This is a full-time-plus position; overtime hours will be required most weeks. This position will be scheduled 5-6 working days per week, always including Fridays and Saturdays. All Palm Casual locations are closed Sundays. The duties of the position will include, though are not limited to: Enthusiastically interact with customers on the sales floor each day with a positive attitude and helpful demeanor Understand and explain the company’s unique history, policies, and story to customers with energy and excitement Answer inbound phone calls and perform outbound phone calls with a positive tone and attitude Process, organize, and assist with sales-related paperwork, as needed Be able to lift, move, and load outdoor furniture items independently up to 35 lbs. in weight Palm Casual has been a family-owned and operated patio furniture manufacturer and factory direct business in the Southeastern United States for more than 47 years, and offers unique growth opportunities to hard-working, diligent, and responsible employees. Starting range from $37,550 to $53,150 annually
