General Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase overall sales and meet company targets. Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing key features and benefits to potential buyers. Process transactions quickly and accurately, including handling cash and credit card payments. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor to enhance the customer experience. Stock shelves and ensure products are correctly displayed to maximize visibility and sales. Operate according to the highest global franchise standards for sales, service, and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience with retail sales of Window Tint, PPF, Wrap and Ceramic coatings. Experience and knowledge in selling car audio and 12V aftermarket products. Strong communication skills with an ability to explain product features and benefits clearly. Detail-oriented and able to keep track of sales and inventory.
