Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience. Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts. Support promotional activities and assist in the execution of marketing initiatives. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe working environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
