What You’ll Do:
Prospect new clients and generate roofing and exterior sales in your designated region. Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing repairs, replacements, and exterior needs, and provide accurate estimates. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve personal and company-wide sales goals. Maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service from initial contact to project completion. Participate in continuous training and stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and sales techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience, preferably in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry (not required, but a plus). Must be comfortable getting on roofs for inspections and assessments. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. A self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
