Job Summary The Sales Associate supports home sales and rental initiatives within the community by guiding prospective residents through tours, providing timely and professional service, and helping to facilitate the entire sales/rental process. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-first environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Generate leads through online inquiries, referrals, and community engagement Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Tours & Presentations Conduct community and home tours Highlight features of homes and the community, including amenities and promotions Customer Relationship Management Build rapport with prospective and current residents Maintain clear communication throughout the sales/rental process Sales & Rental Process Support Assist buyers and renters with applications, paperwork, and financing coordination Schedule move-ins and ensure homes are ready for occupancy Community Appearance & Marketing Ensure homes and common areas are clean, staged, and presentable Support marketing events and promotions Compliance & Policy Knowledge Stay current on pricing, incentives, availability, and community policies Understand applicable housing regulations and fair housing practices Essential Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and property management tools Ability to adapt to customer needs and resolve issues creatively Schedule & Compensation Compensation includes base pay + commission Flexibility required: Must be available for evening and weekend tours The willingness to accommodate tour requests outside normal hours is strongly encouraged Requirements & Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background screening Experience in real estate, residential sales, or property management is preferred Previous experience in Manufactured Housing is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
