Security/Bouncer Motorheads Bar and Grill McDonough, GA 30253 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff at our venue. This role requires strong conflict management skills, the ability to handle difficult situations calmly, and a commitment to upholding venue policies. The Bouncer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all guests while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Monitor the entrance and exit of guests to ensure compliance with venue policies. Manage crowd control and maintain order during events. Address any conflicts or disturbances with professionalism and authority. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to handle serious incidents. Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations. Enforce age restrictions and verify identification of patrons. Maintain clear communication with other security personnel and staff. Occasionally collect money at the door for entry. Skills Proven experience is preferred. Certification in conflict management, CPR, or first aid is highly desirable. Strong observational skills to identify potential threats or disturbances. Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate tense situations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A militarized background may be beneficial but is not required.
