Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and gain experience in various sales areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the right products and provide recommendations based on their needs
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer’s shopping experience
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
• Knowledge of technology, electronics, wireless, or jewelry sales is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
