In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. As a Retail Shipping Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, assist them in finding the right products, and ensure a pleasant shipping and print experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and sales effectively. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks. Must be able to lift up to 35lbs without assistance and up to 90 with assistance. Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Computer skills ie. Microsoft office, Canva, Adobe, Corel etc. Basic use of the computer as well. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction.
