Position Summary We’re seeking a dynamic, commission-based sales representative to generate new leads, close deals, and represent Edge Roofing with professionalism and care. This is a field-based role ideal for driven individuals who thrive on performance-based income. Responsibilities Canvass neighborhoods after storms to identify roofing opportunities Generate and follow up on leads through door-to-door sales, referrals, and social media Perform roof inspections and document damage (training provided) Educate homeowners on insurance claims and roofing process Provide estimates and assist customers through the claim process Close sales and maintain relationships until job completion and final payment Represent Edge Roofing with honesty, professionalism, and a service-first mindset Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and driven by results Comfortable with door-to-door sales and outdoor work Basic understanding of roofing or construction is a plus (not required) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed What We Offer Top commission rates with no income cap Paid training and support Company gear and marketing materials Faith-based, family-like work environment Opportunities to grow into leadership
