This will be accomplished by providing a warm welcome to the Bargain and Donation Center; maintaining a clean well-organized, well-stocked sales floor; locating desired items on the sales floor; fast friendly and accurate processing of purchases; assisting in other areas of the Bargain and Donation Center, as needed. The Retail Associate may be cross-trained in all areas of the production and retail environment to include, but not limited to: providing excellent customer service, cash-handling procedures, processing donated goods (sorting, pricing and stocking)
Essential Functions:
Requires corrected vision and hearing to a normal range. Person with strong physical stamina, who can walk continuously, bend and stoop frequently, endure long periods of standing, and lift up to 25 pounds. Unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance. Must be a detail-oriented person who can handle a myriad of projects in various stages and work within a scheduled timeframe with accuracy.
Marginal Functions :
Requires the ability to operate a computer and general office equipment. Display a cheerful, cooperative, and positive attitude towards work assignments, callers, customers, coworkers and clients.

Environmental Factors:
Work is performed in a store and warehouse environment (must be able to tolerate temperature changes, i.e., heat and cold in the warehouse.) Work is performed Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:00 to 8:30 p.m. (Work schedule fluctuates from day to day). Please note the duty location is subject to change in accordance with mission accomplishment.
