Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at a High-End Women’s Boutique in Midtown Columbus. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, processing new inventory, and driving sales. This position would be responsible for working 4 days a week. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance
• Assist customers in finding the right products that meet their needs
• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
• Stock shelves and ensure the store is clean and organized
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:

Strong selling skills with the ability to close sales effectively Up to date knowledge on women’s fashion trends and styles.
