In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively inform customers. Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure an appealing store layout. Provide support in supervising junior staff members when necessary. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards throughout your shift. Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and register operations. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is advantageous. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base. Experience in grocery store settings or supervising staff is beneficial but not mandatory.
