Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Create day to day work schedule, and perform task the reach daily sale goals. Process transactions efficiently using the cash register and POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling. Be comfortable with outside prospecting. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and promotions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Comfortable with Member track system. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers or POS systems is advantageous.
