Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately, handling cash transactions with care. Perform retail math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and discounts. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and retail calculations.
