Retail Sales and Parts Aassociate Parker Equipment Co 225 Legion Road, Dallas, GA 30132 Join our team as a Retail Sales & Parts Associate specializing in outdoor power equipment. We’re looking for a customer-focused, energetic individual to assist with in-store sales of Stihl power tools, lawnmowers , and related parts. This role combines retail sales, parts lookup, customer service, and stock control in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in-store and over the phone with equipment and parts inquiries Use computer systems to look up and order parts for Stihl equipment and other lawn equipment brands Provide knowledgeable recommendations on chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers, and accessories Process transactions accurately and handle returns/exchanges professionally Restock shelves, receive shipments, and maintain organized inventory Perform light to medium lifting (up to 50 lbs) of equipment and parts Keep the showroom clean, safe, and customer-ready at all times Build relationships with customers and provide top-notch service

Qualifications:

Previous retail, customer service, or power equipment experience preferred Basic mechanical knowledge of outdoor power tools and lawn equipment is a plus Comfortable using computer systems and parts lookup software Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
