This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in keeping things organized, and can thrive in a retail environment. You’ll assist customers, build relationships, and support the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner. Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our products and inventory. Perform ATF background checks for customers and accurately complete ATF required paperwork for purchasing a firearm. Make product recommendations and answer customer questions confidently. Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Process transactions accurately at the register. Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, accurate information. Restock merchandise and ensure displays are well-stocked and appealing. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable. Occasionally use a ladder to retrieve or restock items from higher shelves. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver excellent service.
