We re looking for a strategic, hands-on Business Unit Leader to take ownership of operations at our $50M precision manufacturing site in Thomasville, GA. salary:
$75,000 – $100,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM – 5

BachelorsResponsibilities Lead and own business unit performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost Manage cross-functional teams including direct labor, engineers, quality staff, and supervisors Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement culture Optimize workflow, improve KPIs, and ensure strategic execution Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards Provide hands-on leadership in both shop and office environments What You Bring Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in leadership experience with ERP systems and MRP planning Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen practices Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentmanual lifting up to 40lbsSkillsLean/Six Sigma credentials (1 year of experience is required)Aerospace experienceERP (1 year of experience is required)
