Maintenace Inventory Team Member 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 6601 Kia Parkway, West Point, GA 31833 Position Summary Reporting to the Department Head, Inventory Team Member is assigned to the Parts Inventory Control Area operating as a support function of the Maintenance Department. This position requires clear and specific direction to perform each assigned task and daily work instructions received through Group Leader or Specialists as delegated by the department head.
Essential Functions Corporate:

Technical:
Maintaining Spare Parts Inventory Level in Continual Basis Performing physical inventory Organizing parts, equipment and store area daily Keeping track of incoming and outgoing parts by documenting in real time Parts Order, Receipt and Delivery Generates Material Numbers by using VAATZ System Issues Purchase Request via SAP including Approval Process Receives ordered parts by filing Goods Receive in SAP System Other Duties include; Operation and Maintenance of Inventory Control equipment such as Scanner/Printer Help maintaining and organizing the parts room, and tools and equipment Writing and submitting Daily Report as required Enforcing Inventory Control Procedures per
SOP Leadership:
Vendor Interface for the purpose of Parts Procurement, Repair Arrangement, or Contract Work Orders Education High School/GED 2 Year Technical Degree Preferred Reporting Reports to: Maintenance Manager or designee
