Greeting every client which enters the dealership in a timely manner Asking/Answering questions and helping clients select a vehicle that is right for their needs Complete Ford training certification Explain products features, functions and benefits to clients and describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening Enter all clients in to the stores database and ensure proper follow up with each client Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive Turn over clients to management / sales consultants after test drive to finalize transaction Assist Sales Consultant with vehicle preparation

Requirements:
