As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Whether you are working in food preparation, assisting customers, or maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, your contributions will be essential to our success. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Prepare food items according to company standards and ensure quality control. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food handling guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and efficient service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or retail environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions effectively. Experience in food handling and preparation is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations within the kitchen or restaurant setting. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
