The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. This role requires a blend of a sales profession, product knowledge, and the ability to demonstrate products to enhance customer sales. In this role we will display The love Christ and people in sales, interactions as well as gaining subscribers for the buisness. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. Engage with customers through effective communication, demonstrating product features and benefits. Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and efficiently. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. Conduct product demos to showcase new items and encourage sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall customer experience. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and store policies. Requirements Previous experience in sales is preferred, particularly in door to door sales and promoting. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. Proficient in retail math for accurate transaction handling. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative when needed. A passion for selling and providing outstanding customer service.
