Got a knack for leadership and a love for heavy-duty hustle? As our Shop Lead, you’ll keep the sparks flying and the workflow rolling in our fast-paced steel and pipe production facility. You’ll coordinate the crew, manage materials, and make sure every cut, weld, and load runs like a well-built machine.
What You’ll Tackle:
Lead daily shop operations and motivate your team
Oversee CNC machinery setup, operation, and troubleshooting
Ensure steel and pipe orders are cut, prepped, and shipped on time
Keep the floor safe, organized, and production-ready
Collaborate with supervisors and keep quality top-notch
