In this role, you will be an essential part of our kitchen and food service operations, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and delicious meals. As a Team Member, you will work in a environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Operate cash register and POS system to process customer transactions accurately
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a clean and organized dining area
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail setting is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
