Overview:
A well-established supply company in Shreveport is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate to join their team. This hybrid role combines warehouse duties with front-facing customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials using a forklift Pull and prepare orders for pickup or delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Provide walk-in customers with product information and order assistance Process sales transactions at the counter Track inventory and restock shelves as needed Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or counter sales experience preferred Forklift experience required (certification a plus) Experience in HVAC or refrigeration is a strong plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
