Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers •Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
