Our client is seeking a dependable and energetic Counter Sales Associate to join their growing HVAC supply team! No HVAC experience is required-our client’s knowledgeable Counter Sales Associates handle technical inquiries and phone support. This role focuses on loadouts, inventory control, and exceptional customer service.

Pay:

$16/hr.

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner
Help load products for customers and organize deliveries
Restock shelves and maintain a clean, well-organized counter area
Assist with inventory counts and unloading incoming shipments
Follow all safety, health, and company procedures
Support general sales floor activity and daily operations Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30

PM Skills:

Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite)
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts …

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Detail-oriented and organized
