Entry Level Sales Associate 1 Empire Incorporated Baton Rouge, LA We are a professional fundraising firm specializing in brand management and customer outreach for our non-profit clients. Currently, we are hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to be the face of our clients brand by engaging directly with potential customers in the community. In this lucrative and fast paced Entry Level Sales Associate role, you will be responsible for driving sales and brand recognition for our clients through personalized consultations.
Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Engage directly with potential customers directly during each event to build relationships and promote our clients’ mission. Utilize your persuasive communication skills to identify and seize sales opportunities, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with our clients to understand their brand identity and develop strategies to enhance their market presence and visibility. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics to track progress and provide regular reports to clients.
Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but we also welcome entry-level candidates with the right attitude and motivation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. A passion for engaging with people and building relationships. Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Ability to adapt to various industries and client needs.
