Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized store environment Post daily marketing materials around the store’s exterior area Create social media content to drive local foot traffic Stay current on all sales training and new promotions Participate in local/online contests, team events, and training sessions Arrive on time and be fully prepared for each workday Use our CRM tools to follow up with existing customers Become an expert on our latest phones, accessories, and rate plans
Requirements:
Positive, outgoing attitude with a strong work ethic Comfortable engaging with customers and building relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Punctual, coachable, and goal-driven Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred – many of our customers are Spanish-speaking Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
