Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays. Supervise and assist fellow team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere. Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change accurately. Promote store promotions and sales effectively to maximize revenue opportunities. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
