Retail Sales Associate Jennings Tire Center, Inc. 1239 N Cutting Ave, Jennings, LA 70546 Overview We are seeking one to two motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and promotions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a grocery store environment.
