Job Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Retail Salesperson to join our team. As a Bilingual Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills in both English and the second language, as well as a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs and preferences
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of products to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock inventory and ensure shelves are properly replenished
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and the second language (written and verbal)
• Proven experience in retail sales or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts and percentages
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:

• Jewelry sales experience is a plus
• Experience in selling electronics or technology products is preferred
