The Culinary Food Safety and Inventory Lead is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness,anization, andpliance of all storage areas, including coolers and freezers, within the culinary department. This role is crucial for maintaining health inspection and EcoSure inspection readiness at all times as well as managing the inventory andanization of Culinary products.

Qualifications
Requirements and skills
Prior experience in receiving and storage of goods
Knowledge of food safety practices, as it relates to receiving and and storage
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
Good oralmunication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
