RETAIL STOCK ASSOCIATE

METAIRIE, LA
This individual will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our store while also assisting with loading and unloading operations.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Maintain spotless cleanliness in assigned areas, including breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas
Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Identify and report maintenance needs proactively
Ensure cleanliness standards exceed expectations — ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and order
Ideal Candidate
Currently working in or has experience cleaning rooms (e.g., janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial roles)
Exceptionally detail-oriented — you notice what others miss
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team

Starting Salary:

$14 – 16 per hour, depending on experience.

These fast paced, multi-faceted positions are responsible for packaging, wrapping, and loading furniture purchases for customers. Arranging furniture within the showroom at the direction of our designers and managers and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our showrooms.

This role requires lifting, loading, unloading, and/or assembling furniture.
In addition, general cleaning and maintenance experience is preferred.
Must also be able to lift 50 lbs. on a repetitive daily basis and work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior furniture and/or janitorial experience is a plus!
