The International Sales team is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the Stuller account setup process.
By capturing key International Sales data in the CRM system, the team streamlines international customer account initiation, supports sales growth, and ensures alignment across internal departments.
Daily interactions with customers, project management groups, and management provides reporting and analysis on customer segments.
Stuller is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional service by greeting customers, accurately processing orders, offering product solutions, cross-selling and upselling, handling inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date customer profiles in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient use with computers, web-based tools, and performing basic math.
Quick learner with strong attention to detail. Demonstrates patience, empathy, and professionalism in customer interactions.
Self-motivated with high integrity and accountability.
