Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional service
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house and back of house
- Follow food safety protocols to uphold quality standards
- Brew tea and prepare coffee drinks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs promptly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant, grocery store, or food service setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to lift full 2.5 gallon jugs above shoulder level to fill tea bubblers (20lbs)
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards for a clean working environment
