Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and technicians in person and over the phone Process parts sales efficiently, including taking payments and managing invoices Support inventory control by organizing and restocking parts, participating in cycle counts, and maintaining cleanliness Handle wholesale orders and coordinate deliveries with our driver Assist team members and adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities Maintain punctual and consistent attendance
Qualifications:
Automotive parts experience preferred; dealership and German brand experience a plus Customer service or retail experience strongly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Team player with a proactive, flexible attitude
