This position starts at $16 an hour! The Store Team Leaderassists the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, management team,and staff to execute store operational goals of the annualoperating plan. The Team Leader makes judgments involvingcustomers, team members, operational issues, business planning,priority setting, compliance with company policies, and all areasof the business.
Example Duties and ActivitiesStaff Management andDevelopment
- 30% Provides coaching and training to hourly employees on dailytasks.
Participates in the hourly associate recruitment processincluding pre-screening and interviewing candidates, asneeded. Seeks out opportunities for professional development for bothself and other team members.
Operations
- 60% Completes day-to-day tasks and suggests efficiencyimprovements.
Integrates, represents, and communicates Goodwill’s Mission,Vision, and Values to internal and external customers at alltimes.
Financial Management and Reporting
- 10% Acts as a good steward of resources available at the siteincluding people, time, and money.
Tracks and measures day-to-day sales, production goals, anddonations.
