There is no cap on incentives! Great Horizons Cellular LLC is an authorized retailer for AT&T Wireless and has immediate openings for retail sales consultants at a new location. Our retail sales consultants serve our customers by providing AT&T products and services to meet our customers’ growing personal needs. In addition to your base salary, we offer an incentive package for our retail sales consultants based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive attitude and provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customer needs Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family or business Maintain high integrity and represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy Assist with store operations and duties Cooperate with your fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service Execute on sales strategies and achieve store sales goals and service performance levels to maximize profits Excel in selling AT&T’s products/services, including entertainment. Work with wireless leaders to stand out, serve and succeed within the local community Comply with all laws, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

Clear communication skills A great attitude and technical ability to learn new products and services A commitment to excellent customer service Strong integrity and honesty Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Ability to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong Social Media presence preferred Must have reliable transportation to location, off-site trainings, and meetings Must live within 30 minutes of store location Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax Maintaining neat and professional appearance Must thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
