Responsibilities:

Greet and approach customers inside the store in a friendly and professional manner Educate customers about the water service, including benefits, pricing, and how it works Answer questions and address customer concerns to build trust and interest Collect customer information and assist with sign-ups or scheduling service installations Achieve daily/weekly sales goals and performance metrics Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display booth or kiosk Keep marketing materials stocked and up-to-date Track interactions and leads using a provided system or reporting sheet Attend product training and team meetings as required Stay informed about service updates, promotions, and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous customer service or sales experience preferred but not required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays A passion for technology and helping people
