The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the store operates smoothly. This position involves engaging with customers, assisting with their needs, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team in a skin care environment. We pay for first two weeks of training. This is a commission based job. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure an organized shopping environment. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Provide skin care product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking items as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Skills Experience in a sales environment is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail for accurate transactions. Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service. Proficient in using POS systems and basic math skills for transaction processing. Excellent etiquette for handling customers and product demonstrations. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
