In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and equipment knowledge. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products will be key to your success in this position. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store & on the yard.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to educate customers.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management tasks as needed.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly. Requirements
• Previous experience in equipment sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of retail math principles to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
• Experience with supervising staff is a plus.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about new equipment and promotions.
