Job Overview:

The Sales Support Representative provides customersupport by assisting with sales procedures. They help withsales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigateshipping issues and manage customer accounts. This job is locatedin Warroad, MN. Highlights ofyour role:

Knowledgeable in processing of “on behalf of” orders,quotes Knowledgeable and effective when assisting dealers/distributorswith entry methods and special pricing. Understands the customer service process, warranties andprocessing of field service orders. Knowledgeable of order the order flow process: from customerthrough manufacturing to shipping Ability to manage all types of order change requests andcommunicate order change costs to the customer.

Compensation:

$20.15 per hour You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can): Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Self-motivated and self-directed, demonstrating a reliable workethic Very organized and able to multi-task Also want to make sureyou have: Proven work experience Ability to learn all aspects of Marvin products andservices.
