Beverage Cart Attendant Beau Chêne Country Club 602 North Beau Chene Drive, Mandeville, LA 70471 Job Summary The Beverage Cart Attendant plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and a selection of beverages on the course or at events. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while ensuring all beverages are served in a safe and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and possess a keen sense for sales. Duties Serve a variety of beverages to guests on the course or during events, ensuring high standards of customer service. Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the beverage cart and all serving equipment. Engage with guests to provide information about beverage options and promote sales effectively. Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure availability throughout service periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of beverage orders. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow are essential. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve guests during busy periods. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling.
