We’re a new roofing company located in Louisiana and we’re recruiting team members for our office in Mandeville. If you have sales experience and you’re looking for a part time sales position, base pay plus commission, and room to grow, I want to hear from you! Expectations Develop sales through enthusiastic door to door canvassing, in addition to referrals, etc. Perform Sales, Adjustor Meetings, Collection, and Final Compliance Execute & oversee storm damage/retail canvassing, sales, & inspections Review & submit insurance scope of work, supplementing, and retail Work with production team pipeline: inspection, material order, delivery, install, and completion Manage final cleanup, completion inspection Being a trusted advisor for clients, including meeting with them to review your evaluation and providing options for based on you evaluation Enjoys working in a supportive team environment Great with people Qualifications Sales experience preferred Roofing and/or Construction experience preferred Must be comfortable getting on roofs Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck Benefits Ability to earn commission in addition to hourly pay
