We are looking for a Retail Sales Professional to join our team and become the face of our retail store! Compensation:

$17 – $21 hourly

Responsibilities:

Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels on the floor and in backstock Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system Work with online sales and customer requests Stay informed about product features, trends, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment Network in the local community, working with local businesses and individuals to increase sales and traffic in our store

Qualifications:

2+ years of retail sales management Excellent communication skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to stand on your feet 8 hours a day and 5 days a week Experience in B2B customer service Computer skills above average. Must learn and improve with the newer ERP system Local to the Houma/Thibodaux area to be at work every day US work authorization About Company Richard’s Kitchen Store (RKS) is a restaurant supply store in Houma, LA.
