• We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team.

The Sales Associate acts as a point of contact for our customers and donors. The duties of a Sales Associate very and may include receiving and sorting donated items from donors, selecting and pricing donated goods, stocking merchandise, assisting customers, operating the cash register, recovering merchandise, cleaning the store and performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

• Duties
• Greet, assist and provide excellent service to customers and donors. Follow company merchandise processes; receive, sort, process, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves. Clean the store/parking area, take out trash, dust and mop store floors, clean restroom and receiving room.
• Skills
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills. Understanding of safety policies and practices. Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides. Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to perform cash register functions. Ability to stock merchandise.
• Working Conditions
