Position Overview:
We’re looking for an Online Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. This versatile role involves managing online sales and customer inquiries, assisting with in-store tasks during busy times, and providing general support to our team. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a dynamic family-oriented environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing excellent support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Process online orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail. Assist with maintaining and updating product listings on our online store. Help with in-store customer service during peak times, such as answering phones, assisting customers, and ringing up purchases. Support general retail tasks like organizing inventory, setting up displays, and assisting team members as needed. Provide a positive and professional experience for all customers, whether online or in-store.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal). Proficiency with basic computer programs and familiarity with online sales platforms is a plus. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or online sales is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right motivated person!
Pay & Benefits:
Pay Range:
$18-$20/hour, based on experience.
