• What You’ll Do:

• Provide anexceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes theproduct and builds brand relationships.
• Take an active role inassisting the management team to build store business.
• Servicemultiple customers at a time, multi-task and/or handle projectssimultaneously.
• Be aware of fashion trends and seek information aboutall new arrivals, including product knowledge about fit, color, fashionetc.
• Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits forcustomers and suggest items to match their needs.
• Develop and maintainpositive working relationships that support a productive workenvironment.
• Proactively communicate store information, brandinitiatives, discrepancies, and other pertinent information tomanagement in order to better enhance the customer experience.
• Maximize individual performance by participating in learningopportunities, accepting direction, coaching and feedback.
• Achievesales and service metrics in key measurable areas including TalbotsClassic Awards.
• Support all areas of operational excellence, includingmanage inventory according to policies and procedures including fillingorders, recalls, recovery, replenishment, re-tickets etc.
• Plan andprioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customerand business.
• Responsible for leading/supervising others on occasionand opening the store for business and/or closing the store.
• Seek tounderstand customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence throughintentional conversation.
