Retail Sales Associate Honeychurch Home Lenox, MA 01240 We are looking for people who are interested in joining our growing company and love retail. Candidates with strong communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. Ideally, you are a self-starter who can problem solve and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and answer customers’ questions about our current assortment. Use our point of sale software to complete transaction for clients. Stay up-to-date with our range of items and learn the features and benefits of our products. Maintain the high standard of cleanliness and organization in the store. Skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Retail experience would be helpful, but not necessary Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient in retail sales and cash handling Experience with stocking and merchandising products Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math Ability to operate a cash register and POS systems Organizational skills to manage inventory effectively Bilingual candidates are preferred Previous experience in a grocery store setting is a plus
